Membership Fee & Contributions
The membership fee and contributions fee is non-refundable once paid.
This is because:
Membership is granted immediately upon payment.
Administrative processing and record updates are instant and irreversible.
Cancellation
Members may request account deactivation or removal of personal data, but the membership fee & contributions fee will not be refunded.
Duplicate Payments
If accidental duplicate payment occurs due to technical or user error:
The member must notify the Association with payment proof.
After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days.
Event or Program Payments
If separate event participation fees are collected in the future, refund terms for those events will be announced separately at the time of registration.
